Volunteer with us at Lifeline North Coast Op Shop and become a beacon of hope for those in crisis. All funds earned through our shops go towards supporting our local call centre. The 13 11 14 telephone crisis support call line is available to everyone in Australia when they need it the most.
When you shop at Lifeline your purchases help to save lives. All profits go directly to supporting the 24-hour Lifeline 13 11 14 crisis support line and suicide prevention services.
Losing a loved one to suicide can leave family and friends feeling alone and isolated due to the social stigma. The grief is complicated and challenging, so a strong social support network of friends, family and work colleagues can make a big difference.
Because our phone line offers human connection to someone experiencing distress 24 hours, 7 days a week.
I am yet to meet anyone who hasn’t been impacted or known someone or themselves thought of suicide as an option to ease their pain.
Lifeline North Coast hosted our Grinding Gears Burning Diesel Lifeline Convoy on Saturday 12th November 2022. It was a huge success, not just for the number of trucks, the community support, the incredible volunteers and the funds raised.
Five years ago, I joined Lifeline for the same reasons as many others. A desire to help people, to make a difference, and the belief that everybody deserves to have someone to call in their moment of need.
