Who we are

Lifeline North Coast is a locally-based, not-for-profit organisation proudly serving the Coffs Coast and surrounding regions for over 35 years. As an affiliated centre of the national Lifeline network, we are committed to supporting Australians in crisis by contributing to the 13 11 14 24-hour Crisis Support and Suicide Prevention service.

From our base in Coffs Harbour, we deliver services throughout the Mid and North Coast of NSW — from Nambucca Heads and Bowraville in the south to Yamba in the north. Our team is supported by a dedicated network of volunteers, including trained Crisis Supporters and a volunteer Board of Governance.

Through our work, we provide:

We are also proud founding members of the Our Healthy Clarence initiative in Grafton, and actively contribute to regional wellbeing through partnerships, outreach, and education.

Why we exist

We believe that no one should have to face their darkest moments alone. Lifeline North Coast exists to offer connection, compassion, and hope to anyone in distress — 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Through the simple yet powerful act of listening without judgement, we support people to find their way through crisis.
